Sunday School 

Here at First Church, we offer Sunday School opportunities for infants and toddlers, pre-school, elementary students, youth and adults.

Find the right fit for you by checking out the class descriptions below. Classes are held in our Education Building. 

Children’s Sunday School

Preschool: Room 104

           Sunday School Leaders: Katherine Aldridge & Sara Johnson

Early Elementary: K-2nd grade: Room 106

Sunday School Leader: Jennifer Ritchie & Megan Van Wieren

Older Elementary: 3rd-5th grade: Room 202

Sunday School Leaders: Lee Ann Christy and Eunice Holt

Youth & Young Adult

Our EPIC Youth (middle and high school students) meet upstairs in the Education Building in Room 206. College students are also welcome to attend. Bring a friend and come learn about Jesus together. 

This group is lead by our Director of Youth Ministry Sarah King.

Adult Sunday School Classes

“Lost but Found”–Room 103: Our class is composed of members from various Christian backgrounds. Our lessons are scripture based by utilizing the Bible, DVDs and in-depth discussion. We welcome all ages and beliefs. 

Sunday School Leaders: Becky Withers and Elizabeth Gillis 

Terry Holt Pairs and Spares–Room 101: Dedicated to scripture based service to our church and community, we care for, pray for, and are there for reach other. We seek ways to help our church community and those in need. Classes are focused on scripture and discussing our Christian lives as we apply those teachers. 

Sunday School Leader: Dan Hamrick

Tom Easterling Class–Room 105: Older adult class, but only in age, having fun on the path of life, still striving for Christian perfection. 

Sunday School Leaders: Tom Easterling, Tom Lentz, Jim Burgess and Joyce Deal

Dale’s Disciples–Room 204: We are a group of 25-50 year-old couples with elementary, middle, high school and college-aged children. Very social, laid back atmosphere. We use a combination of video and book-based Sunday School lessons with plenty of time for discussion. We focus on scripture, our spouses, children and relationships.
